Kevin W. Vice
Kevin Vice

Kevin was born in Abilene, Texas, and was raised in Dallas, Texas, where he graduated from Hillcrest High School with high honors. Kevin received his degree of Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas, graduating cum laude, and after several years in business, obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. There, he was admitted into the honorary Order of the Coif by graduating in the top 10% of the class and was an active member of the Board of Barristers. Kevin was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1992 and has since been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit and the Court of Appeals 9th Circuit.

 

Kevin is now the managing member of Vice & Henley, PLLC. He began his law practice in a downtown Dallas firm, where he ultimately became a named partner in Sifford, Anderson, Vice & MacFarlane, LLP. His practice is primarily devoted to personal injury (both plaintiff and defense), commercial/business litigation, insurance coverage litigation and evaluation, construction litigation and other general civil trial work. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Rockwall Bar Association, The Texas Land and Title Association, and is a member of The College of the State Bar of Texas. Kevin is married and has three children, who are all active in the Rockwall community.

Dale H. Henley
Dale Henley

Dale was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and was raised in Mesquite, Texas. Dale graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

 

Dale is currently a member/partner in Vice & Henley, PLLC. He began his career as an associate with the Dallas firm Sifford Anderson Vice & MacFarlane, LLP, and remained there until he and Kevin branched out on their own to expand their practice to the Rockwall area. Dale primarily practices in the areas of personal injury (plaintiff and defense) civil and real estate litigation, probate, collections, lien foreclosures, commercial litigation and business transactions.

 

Dale is a member of the American Bar Association, The Rockwall Bar Association, The Texas Association of Defense Counsel. He currently resides in Rockwall with his wife, Tania, and his three sons, Luke, Eli, and Linex.

Crystal N. Hilborn
Crystal Marchesoni

Crystal N. Hilborn was born in Dallas, Texas, and was raised in Mesquite, where she graduated high school. She graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Marketing Administration, and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Tech School of Law. There, Crystal was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review, through which she became a published legal author. In addition, in law school, Crystal participated in the Civil Litigation Clinical Program, volunteered for Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, and interned at the Office of the Attorney General. After graduating, Crystal began her career in Lubbock, Texas, but has been practicing in the greater Dallas metroplex since 2007.

 

Crystal primarily handles family law cases for Vice & Henley, PLLC, which has been her passion and forte during her five years of practice. In addition, Crystal is involved in a number of other civil litigation matters with the firm as well. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Rockwall Bar Association, and currently resides in Rowlett with her two sons, Tristan and Harrison.
